We offer a 365-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with the product within 365 days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to complete the return and refund process.
Products purchased from the website may be returned for any reason and are eligible for a full refund within 365 days of receiving the customer's first order.
Thereafter, products are eligible for a full refund only if they are returned in their original condition (including all original packaging) within 365 days. We will refund shipping costs as well as your purchase price of the item.
Damaged items may be returned for any reason within 365 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, including shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 365 days.
Returns are only available for products purchased from our website. We do not accept returns on purchases from any other retailers. Please note that your refund will be calculated using any promotions or discounts applied at the time of the original purchase.

Once we receive your package, we will refund the full price of your purchase to the card you paid for it on. It may take up to three weeks for us to process your request.
